1 FSSC 22000
FSSC 22000 is an ISO-based food safety management system created by the FSSC (Food Safety Certification Foundation). The purpose of the system is to inspect the food safety systems of the producers in the entire food chain and to certify those who meet the criteria. FSSC 22000; It is based on completely independent international standards such as ISO 22000, ISO 22003 and was created with the wide participation of many relevant organizations and organizations that have a voice in the world. The system in question; reveals that the certified organization has a robust and effective food safety management system that can meet the requirements of food industry customers and consumers.

															2 ISO 22000
While ISO 22000 is the standard that defines and certifies the conditions to be applied during the establishment of the Food Safety Management System, there are also published guide standards and all of them are called ISO 22000 series. Although there are many standards in the ISO 22000 series, ISO/TS 22004 is the application guide of ISO 22000.
The basic approach of the ISO 22000 Standard is the implementation of a preventive system in organizations that has been developed to prevent the consumer from being exposed to food-borne diseases, and that keeps all processes in the food chain under control, together with all their influences such as infrastructure, personnel and equipment. Food Safety Management System applications in organizations production control, product control, equipment control; maintenance and general hygiene practices; staff and visitor hygiene; transport, storage, product information; training, supplier selection and evaluation; It covers education, communication and similar issues.
3 ISO 9001
The ISO 9000 Quality Standards Series is a set of standards published by the International Standards Organization (ISO) that guides organizations in establishing and developing a Quality Management System to increase customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 is the standard that defines the conditions to be applied during the establishment of the Quality Management System and forms the basis for certification.
ISO 9001 Quality Management System is a globally accepted form of quality management system that aims to increase customer satisfaction by meeting customer expectations, needs and regulatory requirements. It determines the Quality Management System conditions at many points from the organizational structure of the organization to the satisfaction level of its customers, from the analysis of the collected data to the effective management of the processes, from internal audits to product design, from purchasing to sales.

What is Halal Product?
Halal product; First of all, it means a clean and reliable product. In addition, it means the product produced with content, raw material, activity and process in accordance with Islamic provisions at all stages from the entry of raw materials to the consumption of the final product. In this context, products that are not prohibited by the religion of Islam are considered Halal. Some of the non-halal products are listed below:
Halal Food; It means that the products taken from the farm and the field are prepared completely in accordance with Islamic rules until they come to our table. With a broader explanation; food products of vegetable, animal, chemical or microbial origin; It is the expression of the compliance of raw materials, processing aids, components, additives, processing methods, operating conditions and packaging with Islamic rules.
The concept of Halal Product is not only related to food products, but also to cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, banks, finance, tourism, etc. It may also be related to other products.
